Vijayanta is the Head of Product and Industry Marketing at Adobe Systems Europe. He leads Adobe’s Industry-specific Go To Market initiatives as well as the Adobe Marketing Cloud Product Marketing initiatives across Europe, Middle-East and Africa regions. He advises senior executives across industries on their digital strategy and his perspective on digital transformation is regularly published at CMO.com. He also serves on the advisory board of Jigserv Digital, a digital marketing company in India, of which he is one of the co-founders. Prior to joining Adobe, Vijayanta has held multiple leadership roles in Accenture, Microsoft and Tata Consultancy Services across UK/Europe, USA and India. Vijayanta holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing, a Master’s in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s in Physics.

Zoe Diggins

Zoe works for Adobe as an Enterprise Sales Executive and campaign management specialist. Zoe helps businesses make the right choices on marketing technology that will save them time, resources and increase revenue. Zoe is also responsible for strengthening relationships with existing enterprise clients, advising on best practices, offering them appropriate solutions, and working with them closely to develop their long-term roadmap. Adobe’s media and gaming clients include Betfair, Sky, Now TV, PMU, Boylesports, Nektan, Nintendo and Ubisoft.

Michael Plimsoll

Michael is a seasoned, innovative marketer focused on driving efficiencies and improved return on investment through the better use of data and analytics. He is currently industry marketing director for Adobe Systems Europe. Prior to this, he worked at BSkyB where he was responsible for leading and implementing the strategy for optimising online sales through enhanced analytics and insights. He was also responsible for improving BSkyB’s Audience Management capabilities, allowing the business to buy, target and re-target advertising in more efficient ways. Michael also oversaw the on-site Test & Learn programme, delivering improved conversion rates through not only A/B and Multivariate Testing, but also on-site behavioural targeting. Michael has also held various client service roles within the creative agencies of Ogilvy and Wunderman Interactive, working on such accounts as American Express, Microsoft, IBM and BT.
