Mike Jeffs

Commercial Director

Mike is Commercial Director at Branded3, a leading search marketing agency with offices in Leeds, London and Bath. Mike has worked both client and agency side in previous roles at VisitScotland and BD-ntwk and headed up Branded3’s expansion to London in January 2013.

Tim Grice


Tim has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, working with global brands to deliver growth strategies across earned and paid media channels. His current role is to guide the strategy for Branded3 and, working with a fantastic team of people, to deliver globally recognised campaigns and services for Branded3’s clients.

Victoria McMahon

Digital PR Strategist

Victoria graduated in 2013 with a BA (Hons) in Promotion and Communication. With experience in the field of PR and social and strong creative and communication skills, Victoria helps bring Branded3’s strategies and campaigns to life as part of the digital PR team.

Steve Shaw

Digital Director

Steve is Branded3’s Digital Director, bringing over ten years of digital and development experience to the agency. Steve has worked within web development teams at a number of top agencies alongside worldwide brands such as Mars, Pedigree and Whiskas. Steve came to Branded3 in 2008 to head up the digital team. He has been at the forefront of Branded3’s biggest development projects to date, including a multi-site, multi-lingual Sitecore implementation for International Personal Finance, an ecommerce website build for fast-growing cosmetics brand Illamasqua, and a comprehensive CRM application for Interflora.

Matthew Jackson

Planning Director

With a background in analytical chemistry, Matthew has been analysing data for the past decade. As Planning Director at Branded3, Matthew’s analytical skills are put into good use helping us understand data trends and adapt our SEO strategies accordingly.

Laura Crimmons

Head of PR & Social

As Branded3’s Head of PR & Social, Laura heads up the Comms team to develop creative strategies to get clients talked about online in all the right places. With a wealth of experience and qualifications in both traditional and online PR as well as search marketing, Laura has an in-depth understanding of how PR feeds into SEO strategies and is regularly invited to talk on the subject at industry conferences around the country. Using her range of media contacts, Laura can work with clients in any industry and has delivered fantastic national coverage for clients such as Interflora and Ladbrokes.

Andrew Machin

Creative Director

Andrew is Branded3’s Creative Director, leading the web design team and developing unique and engaging ideas for campaigns which work across Branded3’s services. Andrew has an impressive background, having led the web design teams of some of the biggest creative agencies in the UK and the US. He’s worked on a number of ground-breaking digital campaigns for big brands, including a pioneering interactive project for John Lewis.

JJ Grice

Search Strategist

As one of Branded3’s expert Search Strategists, JJ has a clear understanding of how to spot unique and high-quality opportunities for our world-class clients to gain exposure. With experience in both SEO and online PR, JJ brings a creative flair to search strategies, adapting his techniques for a variety of sectors. JJ is frequently invited to take part in industry-leading webinars and has led SEO workshops at the likes of BrightonSEO.

Stephen Kenwright

Director of Search

Stephen is Director of Search at Branded3 – a search and digital agency based in Leeds and London – and a columnist on Stephen is from a background in advertising, has an MA in Shakespeare and now works closely with Branded3’s PR, Content Marketing, Design/Development and Paid Search teams to deliver SEO performance for some of the world’s biggest brands.
