Mark is Red Hot Penny’s New Business Director and has been involved agency side since 2006, giving him a wealth of experience in the ecommerce industry. His connections and knowledge in this field are highly valuable to Red Hot Penny while we are expanding to international markets.

He is also the founder of The Ecommerce Network, a platform matching agencies with brands requiring a new ecommerce platform. Before launching The Ecommerce Network, Mark worked with agencies including more2 and Lost Ferret, bringing in new clients for both companies. Client wins for Lost Ferret included Moss Bros, Quiz Clothing and Select Fashion.

Paul Athoe

Paul has spent 7 years in the digital marketing space. He has experience helping businesses access and fulfil their online potential in numerous verticals through effective online marketing, spanning SEO, PPC, Digital PR and Social Media.

Paul has worked and won business with a range of clients, from SME’s through to large corporates including the likes of Thorntons, AEG Live, Technogym and Harley Street Clinic. Paul’s client wins for Red Hot Penny include Red7 Leisure, Bureau Direct and ISWAI.

Franco De Bonis

Franco is based in Dublin and is responsible for Red Hot Penny’s activities in Ireland and internationally. A combination of business development, account management and consultancy, Franco’s role is to engage with clients who have a focus on succeeding online, understand their goals and help to create a winning strategy.

Franco also works closely with David Schulhof’s Digital Marketing team, as the client’s ambassador, to ensure that Red Hot Penny meets the client’s vision and goals. Franco is the main point of contact for any brands and businesses based in Ireland that wish to expand into new territories.

David Mash

Operational Director

David leads our technical team, and is constantly seeking to push the boundaries of web technology to create agile and robust infrastructures that meet the most complex of client requirements.

A great problem-solver, David has advanced technical knowledge of SQL, ASP, and VB systems and many years’ experience managing large-scale implementations from conception through to launch.

David pairs strategic technical thinking with strong business acumen, and has delivered commercially focused technical solutions for clients including River Island, Warners Group Publications, SanDisk and M&S.

Darren Bull

Managing Director

Darren has extensive experience in the ecommerce sector spanning over two decades. He works closely with the development team to enhance our platform roadmap with features that remain at the forefront of the industry.

As well as consulting with online retailers, Darren has led highly technical and increasingly complex projects for B2C and B2B brands looking to enrich and expand their marketing strategies. Darren is a Sage Pay Business Expert, helping retailers increase their success online, and has advised brands including M&S, LowePro, Bodas, Les Mills and Andertons Music Co.

David Schulhof

David is responsible for our fast-growing digital marketing team which has participated strongly in the overall progression of Red Hot Penny. Leading a team that has grown considerably since he joined, David encourages reaching the all-important goal of helping our clients increase brand awareness and profitability online.

Combining his team’s digital marketing experience spanning decades, David prepares and delivers global marketing strategies to clients across all areas with the aim of attracting, engaging and converting new customers to drive revenue. He is actively involved in devising and shaping digital strategies for clients including Vector Watch, Lipsy and Taylor Morris.
